Kaitlyn Wawryk joined Army West Point Hospitality in the fall of 2020 and was named the Manager of Corporate Hospitality.

Army West Point Hospitality’s mission is to leverage Army Athletics framework for honing leadership acumen of shaping culture, team building, personal growth and strategy exploration. Her focus is collaborating to create client-driven content with Army Athletics while keeping in mind best practices to cultivate unique events and experiences.

Preceding West Point, Kaitlyn spent eleven years with the New York Mets. After starting during the inaugural year of Citi Field as a Ticket Services Representative, she advanced to her final position of Senior Account Executive, Season Ticket Account Services. Over the years, she maintained close relationships with top clients and assisted in the development of season ticket events, experiences, and benefits.

Kaitlyn graduated from Towson University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in sports management and minor in business administration.
