Olivia Lacy is an Equipment Manager for Army West Point Athletics, supporting daily equipment operations, inventory management, and team logistics across multiple varsity programs. She oversees the distribution, fitting, maintenance, and organization of team gear and apparel, ensuring cadet-athletes and staff have the resources needed for training and competition. Lacy also manages storage operations, assists with gameday and practice setup, and maintains accurate records through TeamWorks Inventory Management.
Before joining Army West Point, Lacy worked extensively with Appalachian State University Athletics, serving as Director of Operations for Softball and Head Baseball Manager. In these roles, she coordinated team travel, managed equipment and apparel inventory, prepared gear for practices and games, and operated technical systems including LED video boards and digital scoreboards. She also supported recruiting operations, donor engagement, and program fundraising, helping secure $50,000 in philanthropic support.
Lacy additionally served as an Olympic Equipment Manager Intern, supporting 16 sports teams, 400 athletes, and 300 staff members. Her responsibilities included uniform fitting, equipment distribution, postseason storage, and implementing efficient inventory processes alongside full-time staff.
A native of Boone, North Carolina, Lacy earned her Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management with a concentration in Parks and Recreation Management and a minor in Marketing from Appalachian State University, where she was named to the Dean’s List for six semesters and the Chancellor’s List for one semester.
