Toni Bianco joined Army West Point in August 2026 as Assistant Director of Athletic Communications.
In her role, Bianco serves as the primary contact for the Women's Soccer, Women's Basketball, Gymnastics, Cross Country and Track & Field programs. She also works as the tertiary contact for Army Football, handling credentialing for the 2026 season, including the Army-Navy football game, while assisting as a liaison for content and coverage opportunities and game-day responsibilities.
Prior to arriving at West Point, Bianco served as Assistant Director of Athletic Communications at Emmanuel College beginning in August 2025, where she built out new policies, procedures and branding standards for the athletic department, overseeing all social media and marketing efforts.
Concurrently, Bianco spent the 2025 season with the New England Patriots as a Game Day Communications Associate, running press box and photo workroom operations at Gillette Stadium and serving as the point of contact for postgame media communications on behalf of the club.
From January 2023 to February 2025, Bianco worked as an Executive Assistant for the New York Racing Association, where she focused on corporate and Board of Directors communications and supported project management for the Belmont Park Redevelopment Project.
Bianco began her collegiate athletic communications career at Syracuse University, where she worked as an Athletic Communications Assistant through graduation in May 2021. During her time there, she helped the athletic department host the opening rounds of the NCAA Division I Women's Basketball Tournament, while serving as the primary contact for the Men's and Women's Track and Field programs and women's basketball and softball secondary as a senior. Bianco also contributed to ACC Network broadcasts as a producer on the programs' pre- and postgame shows. She went on to serve as an Athletic Communications Assistant at UC San Diego following graduation, then moved to San José State University through May 2022 as an Athletic Communications and Multimedia Specialist, serving as the primary contact for Women's Basketball, Softball, Women's Soccer, and Men's and Women's Track and Field.
Bianco graduated from Syracuse University's S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast and Digital Journalism and a minor in Sport Management. Her favorite sports teams are the Cincinnati Bengals, the New York Knicks, and the New York Liberty. Bianco also regularly attends USA and NCAA Track & Field meets as a fan.
