CLEARWATER, Fla. – The Army West Point softball team was handed a 6-1 setback against Central Michigan after allowing five runs in the top of the seventh Saturday at the Eddie C. Moore Softball Complex.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- While facing some stellar pitching from Hanna Warren, the Black Knights were able to get some baserunners due to walks drawn by Lacey Swafford in the first, Gladys Esparza-Gallegos in the third and Maddie Kim in the fifth.
- The Chippewas got out to a 1-0 lead after an RBI triple from Allie Curtis scored the game's first run with one out in the third inning.
- Central Michigan's bats came alive in the top of the seventh as the designated visitors posted five runs on four hits.
- That rally started with another one-out triple from Curtis.
- Freshman Emily Ballesteros led off the bottom of the seventh with a single up the middle past a diving shortstop to break up Warren's no-hitter.
- A hit batsman and a walk loaded the bases for Alee Rashenskas, who hit a sacrifice fly to left which scored Ballesteros.
