Men's Hoops Drops Road Contest to Colgate

HAMILTON, N.Y. – The Army West Point men's basketball team fell to Colgate 74=55 on Wednesday night.
Josh Scovens continued his impressive rookie campaign by scoring a game-high 17 points on 8-13 shooting. He had four boards, one assist, one steal, one block as well.
Abe Johnson had a solid game as well, scoring nine points on 4-5 shooting to go with a game-high eight rebounds. TJ Small also had nine points.
Kwabena Davis and Dylan Blair each had six points off of two threes apiece.
Army led for a good chunk of the first half until a 26-6 Colgate run over the final 9:05 of the first half gave the Raiders the lead for good.
As a team Army shot 42.6 percent from the field, 29.4 percent from three, and 66.7 percent from the line.
The Black Knights will be back in action for Senior Night on Saturday against Lafayette at 6 PM in Christl Arena.
