2016: Appeared in 40 games as a freshman, making 38 starts … Played 18 games in right field, 16 at third base, two at shortstop and one in center field and as the designated hitter … Hit at a .230 clip (29-for-126) with two doubles, 13 runs, eight RBI and 14 walks … Stole five bases on eight attempts … Posted four multi-hit games … Batted .212 (11-for-52) in Patriot League play with a double, four runs and five RBI … Recorded hits in each of the first five games he played … Hit first collegiate base hit was a double in the series opener at UNC Greensboro (3/4) … Drove in a season-high two runs against Hofstra (3/9) … Went 3-for-4 with a run scored and a stolen base in a 6-3 win over North Dakota State (3/15) … Recorded the team’s second-longest hitting streak over six games from Lafayette finale (4/3) to Bucknell finale (4/10) … Went 8-for-23 (.348) over that stretch … Swiped a season-high two bags in addition to going 3-for-4 with a run and an RBI in game two against the Bison (4/9) … Named the Patriot League Rookie of the Week on April 12 after notching seven hits, five RBI and scored a pair the previous week … Recorded a hit and an RBI in all five games that week … Notched a couple of base hits at Navy in the Star Series (4/23-24) … Mounted two hits and two runs in a twin bill with Hartford (5/7).
